Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all components, accessories, and manuals
- Products must not show any signs of installation, wear, or damage caused after delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
For lighting products, items that have been installed, wired, or modified are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
Custom-made or special-order lighting products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns due to change of mind or incorrect selection (e.g., size, style, or compatibility) are accepted within the return period, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Request a Return

Please include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos (required if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide return instructions if your request is approved.
Return Address
We operate multiple return facilities depending on product type and location.
The correct return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
Please do not send items back without prior confirmation, as this may delay or void your return.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the result.
- Processing time: 3–5 business days after receiving the return
- Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days
- Refunds will be sent to the original payment method
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 10–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Products that have been installed, used, or altered
- Items returned without prior approval
- Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
- Normal wear and tear after use
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Important Note
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
