Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition, with all tags still attached.
  • We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may be refused if returned items show signs of use, washing, alteration, or missing tags.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email us at support@yezus.scom with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Confirmation: We will reply within 1 business day to confirm eligibility. You will receive a prepaid return label via email if applicable.
  3. Item Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.
  4. Refund Processing: If eligible, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Yezus.com will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
If the return is due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Exchange requests are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Refund Details

  • Refunds cover the price of the returned item, excluding original shipping charges, shipping guarantees, or taxes.
  • Refunds will only be issued once the package is received and scanned at our warehouse.
